Urge the Bureau of Land Management to retain Alaska’s ANCSA 17 D-1 Public Land Orders and to elevate Indigenous knowledge and conservation of our Ancestral Lands in its new Rule
The BLM is currently accepting public comments on two proposals, one that emphasizes the need to conserve functioning landscapes and one that will decide the future of public land orders that currently prevent different forms of mining across 28 million acres in Alaska.
